As a Head Football Coach with 30 years of experience, my leadership style is grounded in transformational leadership and strategic organizational management. Being a Head Coach requires a philosophy centered on development, accountability, equity, and excellence, recognizing that football serves as both a performance arena and an avenue for social mobility and institutional advancement. My leadership philosophy emphasizes having vision, individualized consideration, and ethical influence. As I transition into Sport Management, my leadership is made up of a Vision, Leadership, Operations, and Athlete Development. My career demonstrates that effective sport management leadership extends beyond wins and losses, requiring cultivating culture, managing complex systems, and sustaining institutional excellence through principled leadership (Northouse, 2022).

When someone joins V.I.S.I.O.N, I want them to experience a profound sense of personal and athletic growth. The most important outcome I desire is for them to feel empowered, confident, and equipped with the skills and mindset to overcome challenges in any aspect of life. I aim to instill a deep understanding of accountability, the value of teamwork, and the importance of ethical leadership, ensuring that each participant leaves this program not just as a better athlete, but as a more capable and principled individual.
