Our journey: From field to administration
With over 30 years as a dedicated football coach, I am now transitioning into athletic administration, driven by a clear goal: to become an Athletic Director at a Historically Black College and University (HBCU). My ambition is to lead programs that are not only competitive and well-structured but also deeply focused on the holistic development of student-athletes, both on and off the field.
Creating opportunities, building character
What truly drives me is the creation of opportunities. I firmly believe that athletics should open doors, instill discipline, and meticulously prepare young people for life beyond sports. Every aspect of this field is approached with a "Vision in Action" mindset, holding myself and everyone involved to an unyielding standard of excellence. My expectation is to win, not just in competition, but crucially in preparation, leadership, and lasting impact.
